Do you consider all facts when investing?

How many opportunities have we missed because of fear, timing was not right and it had to make sense?

Believe me I am as guilty as many of you! We find excuses why we can not invest in ourselves.

It takes discipline to build wealth and often sacrifice to achieve it.

We look at a situation in a tunnel not considering the upsides or future gains. We calculate what is now and miss the entire picture.

In a hot housing market the most important factor is supply! When more people want a home in a certain price range prices will go up.

With 1300 people each day moving here (net difference between people moving in and out) there is no doubt in my mind that investing now makes sense because future values which means your gains will be strong and positive.

Why South Florida? There are many reasons why but for years to come it has room for growth!

Yes real estate prices have gone up by 30% or more in some areas but now they are still lower than 5 years, 10 years from now!

Time Value is not on your side if you wait and procrastinate. I wished I had thought about this sooner. Now I would like you to think about it!

If I told you that an investment cost now 435000 dollars and two years ago it was just 300000 dollars and if a similar unit is in the 600’s, how would you feel about the value?

What if future values can go in a few years to 800’s?

Now interest rates have gone up too, rents as well but the math does not add up somehow! Most want to be at least breakeven (cost vs revenue) or everybody wants to make some profit but hardly nobody wants to add additional funds to support this deal forgetting a major principle. Owning is better than not having!

If you could jump and say that if I chip in some extra money to invest into myself to pick up this appreciation because now I own it? What would be your return of your little investment be? Thru the roof ! Many do not think this far and wished later they had done it!

Looking at all facts makes sense and sometimes a little sacrifice has a huge gain!
